コロナウイルスの蔓延度に応じて、２つのレベルでの日曜礼拝を計画しました。

１）現状 ー ハイブリッド礼拝 （教会の建物の中での日曜礼拝とオンラインの日曜礼拝）

２）ロックダウンに相当するするような危機的な状況：完全にオンライン日曜礼拝

• その１）現状の中での、対応を細かく箇条書きで説明させて頂きます。

• 基本的には、 安全性 や収容率を考えて、「オンライン礼拝に参加をお勧め」します。

• ただし「教会の建物での礼拝をしたい」との方の為、教会の建物での礼拝を実施します。

• 窓は全開にします。 寒さ対策はしっかりとお願い致します。

• 椅子は、安全な間隔をとりつつ、個々人で並べたり、片したりして下さい。（セルフサービスでお願いします）

• ワンボディー（日本語英語バイリンガル）礼拝は一時停止させていただきます。

• 礼拝音楽の時は、引き続き発声はせずに、音楽にあわせて心の中で歌われるようにお願いします。

• ハレルヤキッズ（教会学校）は、教会の建物の中ではおこないません。礼拝に来られた子供たちは、保護者の判断のもとで、礼拝堂に留まるか、子供部屋に移動することができます。子供が、子供部屋に行く場合、保護者の付き添いが必要です。

• ZOOMでのオンラインでのハレルヤキッズ（日曜学校）をする予定です。ハレルヤキッズの先生からZOOM招待のメールが送られてくると思います。初めてお子様がZOOMに参加される保護者の方がいましたら、ご連絡ください。
  

• 礼拝後の報告はこれから省略します。メールにて、報告のリンクをお送りします。メールした中でも重要な報告は、入り口に提示しておきます。または、教会のウェブサイトをご活用ください。

• 礼拝前後の自由な会話や立ち話等は、窓は全開の為、マスクは外さず、安全な距離を保ちつつしていただければ大丈夫です。

• 英会話カフェは、3月までお休みします。

• リトルステップの活動は、協議中です。

• 教会の建物の中での、祈り会は、換気や安全な距離をとりつつ続行します。

• オンラインでの集まり、祈り会は通常通り行っていきます。

• コミュニティーグループについては、リーダーの方々に直接ご連絡ください。もし、リーダーの方々の連絡先が分からない場合、私にご連絡ください。
  

• 他の教会が緊急事態宣言の中閉まっているため、SIC（さいたま国際キリスト教会）に来られることゲストの方がいるかもしれませんが、週ごとに教会の建物の収容率のことを考慮しつつ、柔軟に対処します。

緊急事態宣言の中、医療機関の負担を減らすとともに、陽性者の数を下げ、重症者の方々、お亡くなりになりかねない方々の命を1人でも救うため、皆さんの愛する人を助けましょう。そしてご家族を守るための措置とご協力をお願いを申し上げます。神を愛して、隣人を自分を愛するように愛することを実践する機会です （マルコ12章28節―34節）。そして、オンラインを活用しての様々な形で、キリストにあって、信徒をつくり、育てることを実践できる機会です（マタイ28章16節―20節)。そして、キリストのなかで一体となって、様々な形でつながっていくワンボディーとコミュニティーを形成していくことを実践できる機会です（使徒2章42節―47節）。同時に、皆様の健康を守りつつ、可能な限り建物内での日曜礼拝の長期的な継続を目指していきたいと思っています。
提案や質問や意見などがある方は、いつでもよろしいので申し上げて頂くようにお願いします。

試行錯誤や軌道修正の中ですが、私とコアリーダーの方々もいろいろと検討しつつ、皆様をサポートしていきたいと思います。

心身共に主に守られ、その持続的な恵みの中で、神の栄光のために用いられるように祈ります（ユダの手紙1章24節-25節）。

We planned Sunday worship services at two levels, depending on the prevalence of the coronavirus.

1) Current situation - Hybrid worship (Sunday Worship service in a church building and Online Sunday Worship service)

2) Crisis situation equivalent to lockdown: Completely Online Sunday Worship service

• Please let me explain the current situation (1) above in the following bullet points.

• Basically, we recommend that you attend Online Sunday Worship services, considering our safety and occupancy rate.

• However, the Sunday Worship services in the church building is open for those who want to attend.

• We will fully open the window. Please take measures against the cold.

• You can move and put away the chairs with a safe spacing by yourself.

• One-body (Japanese, English, bilingual) worship services will be temporarily suspended.

• During worship music, please do not vocalize, but sing the worship songs in your heart along with the music.

• There is no Hallelujah Kids (Sunday School) inside the church building. Children who come to worship may stay in the main hall or move to the children's room at the discretion of their parent(s). Children need to be accompanied by a parent when they go to the children's room.

• There is going to be online Hallelujah Kids (Sunday School) using ZOOM. You will receive a ZOOM invitation email from the Hallelujah Kids teacher. If you are a parent who is joining ZOOM for the first time for your children, please contact me.

• Announcements after the service will be skipped from now on. We will send you an announcement-link by email. The important announcements in the email will be presented at the entrance. Also please use the church website.

• It is OK to have free conversations and chats before and after worship as long as you keep wearing a mask and a safe distance because of fully opened windows.

• The English Cafe will be closed until March.

• The activities of Little Step are under discussion.

• The prayer meetings in the church building continue with ventilation and a safe distance.

• Online gatherings and prayer meetings will continue as usual.

• For community groups, please contact the leaders directly. If you don't know the contact information for the leaders, please contact me.

• Some guests are expected to come to SIC (Saitama International Christian Church) because other churches are closed in the state of emergency. While considering the capacity of the church building on a weekly basis, we plan to treat them flexibly.

In this a state of emergency, let us help to reduce the burden on medical institutions, reduce the number of positive people, and save the lives of seriously ill people and those who may be vulnerable and your loved ones. So, we ask for your cooperation and measures to protect our neighbors. It is an opportunity to love God and practice loving his neighbor as he loves himself (Mark 12: 28-34). And it is an opportunity to make and grow disciples in Christ in various ways (Matthew 28: 16-20). And it is an opportunity to practice forming a diverse body of Christ and community in various ways (Acts 2: 42-47). At the same time, I would like to aim for the long-term continuation of Sunday Worship services in the building as much as possible while protecting everyone's health.

Although it is a process of trial and error and correction of the trajectory, I and the core leaders would like to support you while considering various things.

We pray that each of your health and faith will be protected by the Lord and will be used for the glory of God in his sustaining grace (Jude 1: 24-25).

教会の建物内での礼拝を６月１４日から再開します。

• 礼拝時間は、通常通り、英語は、９時半から、日本語は、11時から行います。

• 普段以上に椅子の間隔を開けます。

• 家での礼拝 －大人数での礼拝の再開に懸念を覚える方は家庭での少人数もしくはコミュニティーグループ（セルグループ）での礼拝をお勧めします。

• 礼拝ストリーミング －教会で、または他の方々と家で集まっての礼拝が叶わない方、もしくはそれに懸念を覚える方のためには礼拝をオンラインでも献げる事ができるようにします。

• ワンボディ礼拝や聖餐式は、安全が確認されるまで控えます。

• 手洗いやマスクの着用、咳エチケットなどと感染防止対策の徹底、ソーシャルディスタンスの確保 をします。

• コーヒーやドリンクの提供は休止します。

• 献金の方法も接点が最少になるように変えます。（献金かごもしくは箱の設置）

• ハレルヤキッズ -　再開です。ポリシー等は今夜にまた連絡します。

• 自分や家族に37.5°C以上の熱があったり、体調が良くない場合はオンラインでの礼拝をお願いします。

• ハレルヤキッズ -　再開します。以下(いか)の注意事項に協力おねがいします。

  •  部屋(へや)に入る時には、手指消毒(てゆびしょうどく)をお願(ねが)いします。

  • マスクを着(つ)けてください。

  • （小学生以上(しょうがくせいいじょう)のみ。乳幼児(にゅうようじ)には可能(かのう)な範囲(はんい)で構(かま)いません。

  • 参加(さんか)にはあらかじめご自宅(じたく)で体温(たいおん)の計測(けいそく)をお願(ねが)いします。

  • お弁当(べんとう)やお菓子等(かしなど)は食べられません。

  • 各自飲(かくじの)み物(もの)を持参(じさん)してください。

  • 各自(かくじ)おもちゃをご持参(じさん)ください。

  ＊状況が急展開する事は十分にありえますので、変更があった場合にはできるだけ早急にお知らせします。

SIC reopens the Sunday worship service in the church building from June 14th.

• Worship time is as usual, from 9:30 in English , Japanese will be started from 11:00. 

• We have more space between chairs than usual.

• Home Worship-If you are worried about attending the Sunday worship with a large number of people, we recommend that you worship with your family or a community (cell) group at home.

• Worship Streaming-For those who are worried at church or at home with others, the Sunday worship service can be offered online. 

• We will refrain from one-body worship and communion until safety is further confirmed. 

• We will ask you to wash your hands, wear a mask, cough etiquette and take measures to prevent infection, and ensure your social distance.

• Coffee and drinks will be suspended.

• We will also change the tithing/offering method so that there are minimal points of contact. (Placing a donation basket or a box).

• If you or your family have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher, or if you feel unwell, please pray online.

• Hallelujah Kids- It reopens. Please follow the following policies.

  • Please wash your hands when you enter the room.

  • Only elementary schoolers and older. Preschoolers if they can.)　

  • Please check your temperature at home before attending.

  • You can’t eat lunch and snacks.

  • Please bring your own drink.

  • Please bring and use your own toys.

• * Since the situation can develop rapidly, we will notify you as soon as possible when there are changes.
  

５月３1日までの建物の中での礼拝は、中止します。埼玉県は、緊急事態宣言を発言しました。状況により6月7日以降に、再開していこうと思います。

Sunday services have been canceled until 5/31 because Saitama Prefecture has implemented emergency measures.  Depending on the situation, we are currently planning to restart Sunday services from 6/7.

この度、新型コロナウイルスの拡散の防止により、さいたまキリスト国際教会では、教会の建物内の礼拝を4月5日（日）は中止することといたしました。 そのため、礼拝動画を、YOUTUBEより日曜日に配信します。ウェブサイトに動画リンクを設けますので、各ご家庭で、礼拝参加して頂きたく存じます。テクノロジーを活用しつつ、皆様と共に一つとなって礼拝ができますように、イエス・キリストに心が開かれつつ留まりますように、そして、皆様と家族の健康が守られますようにお祈りします。

In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we have decided to cancel Sunday Service at Saitama International Church on April 5th. We will be having online service from YOUTUBE on Sunday as listed on the church’s website. We hope you can join our Sunday Service at your home. I pray that we can worship together in oneness by leveraging technology as a tool. I will be praying for us to fixate our eyes on Jesus Christ. I also pray for the protection of your family’s health and as well as yours. 

６do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.７And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4: 6 – 7)

In order to prevent the Corona virus from spreading, please ensure the following:

1. Take your and your family’s temperature before you come to Church.

2. If your temperature is higher than 37.5℃ (99.5℉), or if you have cold symptoms, please refrain from coming to Church. 


3. If you recently have traveled to countries or areas that have reported to have cases or if you are aged or health issues or if you cough or sneeze, please wear masks and make sure you sanitize your hands.

4. When you enter into the service, please use the hand sanitizer in the front desk.　Please wash your hands frequently.

5. Please refrain from hand-shaking.

1. 教会に来る前は、ご自身とお子様の体温を測るようにお願い致します。

2. 37.5℃以上の熱がある、または風邪などの症状がある場合は、教会の礼拝にお越しになるのはお控え下さい。

3. コロナウィルスの感染が確認されている国、地域に最近渡航された方、高齢の方と基礎疾患のある方、咳・くしゃみの出る方は、マスクを着用し、衛生管理の徹底をお願いいたします。

4. 会場への入室時、必ず手をアルコール消毒してください。受付の机に消毒液が置いてあります。また、頻繁に手洗いをお願いいたします。

5. 握手はご遠慮ください。
